New restaurant opened nearby. In order to help with COVID concerns, they had transparent vinyl strips hanging from above at counter. It made it look like a continuing business during construction with barriers to keep dust from renewal areas entering occpied rooms.

For a couple of the last several days, I have played three games of Penciltown. Right up my alley type of game. Okay, in fact call it a random event and resource management game. Surprisingly challenging to win, dice permitting. 4 or 5 USD depending on sale times.
After many years of large meal preparation, I have started to back-fill untried basic meals, which should have slotted as staples, and that prior experience improves the lot.
