@manton I only just realized that posts and replies don't have a non-date numbers attached to them, once you called it out. A good thing, I don't miss those statistics, metrics, or counts at all.

@craigmcclellan With a glance at this thread, though small sample size, you have to start thinking "glitch in the Matrix?", especially given the nature of the services.

@jsorge Gmail may have migrated some email to Categories -> Updates (or Promotions, Social, Forums) and they no longer show up in in your "Inbox" and no longer enumerate in inbox (enumerated unread). This happened to me within the last month. I had always kept a certain unread for my own count.
