Update with Tab Groups experience.
It looks like any tab group including the ungrouped group can lose its state – act like a refresh – upon returning to it. It depends, probably most on how much Safari needs in terms of resources for the pages you use.
Odd frustrating day. Can’t pin down why. Anxiety maybe.
Funny that I paid my Internet bill yesterday (ahead of due). Soon after, it went out for about ten hours.

I missed watching Live for release of JWST images. Glad to see the gallery this morning. Delighted!
